At Maple Leaf Pizza, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We prepare every order with care and deliver it fresh to your doorstep. However, due to the nature of food products, refunds and cancellations are subject to the terms outlined below.
Orders once placed and confirmed cannot usually be canceled, as food is prepared fresh.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. If the order has not yet been prepared or dispatched, we may accept your cancellation at our discretion.
Prepaid orders that are successfully canceled (before preparation) will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:
The wrong item was delivered.
The food was delivered in a damaged or unfit condition.
The order could not be fulfilled due to stock or availability issues.
Refunds (if approved) will be processed back to your original mode of payment within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:
Change of mind after placing an order.
Delayed delivery due to traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.
Food consumed partially or fully.
If your order is not delivered due to our fault, a full refund or replacement will be provided. If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability of the customer, no refund will be issued.
